Yes, all Brahmras Natural products are sourced from organic farms and are free from synthetic preservatives, artificial colors, and chemical additives to ensure you receive the purest nutrition.
How long does shipping take within India?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, your package will arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns if the item is received damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India, along with secure online payment options including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking.
How should I store the products to maintain freshness?
We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, ensure the airtight seal is closed properly or transfer the contents to a glass jar.
